I just sat this exam. It was not very difficult for me, but I have taken basically all the other "business" related exams. I studied for maybe around 3 or 4 hours using IC exclusively, and scored a 444. I sat three exams Tuesday. Business Law I, Business Law II, and Business ethics and society. The business law exams were harder, but I passed those as well. Learn the IC, use common sense, and you're good to go.
