That would be mostly correct. These are the scores of those who fall under the DANTES-funded categories, so this would include the spouses and civilian employees of the following: AF Reserves, Air National Guard, Army Reserves, Army National Guard, Active-duty Coast Guard, and Coast Guard Reserves.

And, yes, for those who are wondering, the military is limited to which test titles are available by the paper/pencil method.

I am guessing that the super-low numbers in some of the CBT public speaking speech topics are due to the retirement of some topics as new ones are generated.
