I just figured I would give everyone an update as to the status of my order. I still have not received any access email. I have contacted Pearson via multiple means (phone, multiple email addresses, and live chat) and they have been unable to resolve the issue. I continue to get the response to "let us know if you don't get it by tomorrow." Of course I never get the stupid email, and they force me to start over each day. I have to say so far they are the worst company I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. I almost feel like i'm dealing with a "Real College"...lol Anyways once the issue is resolved and I gain access I will post my review of the product.
