I can assure you that CLEP will not budge as I had my English test start out correctly upright and then within two questions turn upside down, I did my whole test upside down but had a problem concentrating when I was doing my essay portion trying to read and type upside down. I missed it by one point. Even with the testing center confirming the problems that I had CLEP would do nothing for me except offer to let me retake the exam in three months at my own expense. I picked an alternative to get my English and would suggest you do the same for the six hours of science, Natural Science CLEP might be a good alternative.
