The mixup came about because they did not enroll me into both programs at the start as I requested, which kicked me off. They just recently added on the AA and I still have a class left to go on that one. But they still tell me I am disqualified.
I am giving them the same argument that you have brought up, but they seem disinterested in resolving the situation.
If you've completed the requirements for a BA you will not receive further aid (at least Pell Grants). No matter how they put it in the computer I don't think they can legally submit it through since Pell Grants only work until you've completed a bachelor's degree. It stinks because I'd love to get a second bachelor's degree but I've completed the BA so I'm done with financial aid.
My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.
