I asked this same question before and finally decided on Environmental, Safety & Security Technologies after thinking about it and discussing this with others here. My personal reasoning:
1) I think CS is redundant with the CIS.
2) I also plan to work in IT security
3) This degree has thee useful keywords for applications: “Security”, “Technologies”, and “Environmental” (as in “Environmental Security” one of the CISSP domains).
