I can tell you from extensive experience upper-level math credit is quite rare. Especially if you're talking about TESC-300 level stuff. Are you planning to do a major? I have a big post on mathematics courses, but here's an overview:
ALEKS has STATS, that's a 200-level in major course
Ohio U has several math exams that count for 300-level credit
That's pretty much it. Otherwise, you'd have to take courses at a regionally accredited college and transfer them in. TESC also has good options with its courses, and if you plan on taking a lot, their comprehensive tuition (36 credits) is worth it in this case.
