2nd BA degree at TESC - Have to reapply?

If TESC graduates don't need to pay another app fee then I will reapply and see what happens. I plan to call them Monday again and double check. This is the enrollment fee not tuition. My annual enrollment fee was good from March 2012 to March 2013. I got my AAS in June 2012 and BA in Sept 2012.

If I have to pay another annual enrollment fee then I won't be getting my 2nd BA. It's worth it to me for $500 but not $3500
