2nd BA degree at TESC - Have to reapply?

After completing my bachelor's last year, I had paid tuition time remaining. This year, I decided to pursue one of TESC's certificates. Once I reapplied and was accepted back into the college, the "left over" paid tuition time was automatically applied to my account.

On a related note, TESC graduates don't need to pay an application fee when they re-apply at the college.
