First, apologies for this question. I've gone without sleep for the past couple of nights, and I am NOT functioning so I won't successfully search this forum for answers. I applied to TESC and was accepted. I haven't paid the tuition, yet. Does that mean I'm covered by the previous catalog, or do I need to pay tuition? Thank you, and please forgive my laziness.
