Most schools I've seen take "C" grades, I guess they just want to make you spend money to take it again. Most I've seen will even take a "D" depending on the course subject. I'm not sure what kind of major you are looking at but I'm going to come right out and say it, I (along with many people on here) will recommend against schools lacking a regional accreditation. Down the road if you wish to change schools or go on further, your credits are not going to be easy to transfer from Concorde or other schools lacking the right accreditation. This site primarily focuses on the "big three" schools so you're likely to find info on course transfers from BYU by using the search feature in the upper right. Concorde returns zero results so I'm not sure where to guide you other than to talk to them and ask if they will take the course.
Good Luck
