My 2 cents: Somewhere between some and most of the known conspiracies are or in a large part are true. And, of the people who "believe in them" there is a much smaller percentage who have access to actual facts through original research into primary resources or by personal contacts to have this knowledge. For someone to pass judgment based on anything garnered from "the media" or "opinion" or college where "opinion" is taken as fact on a regular basis, and textbooks where facts are substantially changed into agenda politics is ludicrous at best.
