I honestly think this will be the ultimate answer. Especially in a time when budgets are tightening and TA will almost certainly be reduced in the near future. I also expect TA to eventually disappear, or at least go down to 50%, on the rationale that you already get Post-9/11, if you decide to transfer that's on you.
