If Uganda discovered oil tomorrow, Kony would have a bullet in his head by Tuesday.
Or more likely, he would be a convenient bogeyman to justify a permanent state of emergency, solidifying the corrupt government's power while it held court for all the nations of the world to suck up to it while jockeying for favorable stakes of the oil fields.
