I'd say my guess is that these are gen eds:
-Social Sciences (3) (May duplicate your Soc Sci & History Exam)
-Applied Psychology (3) (Gen Ed Social Sciences)
-Technical Writing (3) (ENG-201 but will duplicate I'm sure against your Technical Writing exam)
-Computer Software Applications (3) (if it doesn't duplicate your CLEP test it may work as a general ed Nat Sci/Math)
-Speech Communication (3) (Might be accepted as COM-108 Fundamentals of Speech which is Gen Ed Humanities and different then your Public Speaking test)
Supervision is likely to duplicate your DSST credit and is credited as a Free Elective.
As far as how your CLEP/DSST credits are taken I'd say you should check out their acceptance grids on pages 193 & 194 of the college catalog:

Of your tests:
-Social Sciences & History - Good for SIX Credits SOS-101/SOS-102 (General Ed Soc. Sci)
-Information Systems & Computer Applications - 3 Credits COS-101 (General Ed Nat Sci/Math)
-Public Speaking - 3 Credits COM-209 (General Ed Humanities)
-Principles of Supervision - 3 Credits MAN-201 (Business Elective/Free Elective)

It will allow you to search all of the courses in their system so courses they don't offer are listed. This is how I predicted how my community college credits would come in. You can search by name or by subject area code (COM, PSY, SOC, etc.)

My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.
