I believe all three will take you regardless of age if you have graduated HS. Are you asking about dual enrollment? What are you trying to achieve?
I wouldn't choose any of the Big 3 for dual enrollment, I don't believe they have the support structure for it and cost would be very high.
If your local CC is not an option take a look at one of the New Mexico CC like Clovis or New Mexico Junior College. They have dual enrolled programs, welcome out of state students, and are currently about as inexpensive as you will find. Both also support CLEP exams.
Or just set up your own program with CLEP/DSST.
