I did the same thing for my first course at TESC. I was about 2 or 3 weeks behind on the proctor request form so I emailed the mentor of that course and he said it was okay... Needless to say I got the form submitted and was able to take the exam on time. Just be sure to inform your mentor of the situation. I'm in a bit of a pickle because my current proctor says she did not receive the 3 midterm exams that I need to take...
