You can email all your unofficial transcripts to UMUC and they will send you an unofficial evaluation - which will most likely be much faster than a TESC eval :-). That will at least give you an idea. Also, for name recognition, I would recommend UMUC as a school over TESC, but for quick degree completion/wide acceptance of non-traditional credits, of course TESC would be the best option. If this is your terminal degree, you really need to go with whatever school offers best name recognition (unless you've built a stellar resume in the military, and this is just a block filler). Also, if you are open to taking thirty resident credits, as is required with UMUC, expand your search to include other colleges - there are tons of well-known schools offering online programs with a 30 credit residency requirement. Most people use TESC/COSC/EXC to escape that 30 credit requirement and use maximum non-trad credits, but if you already have TA, I would counsel against it.
