If you can, choose from your strengths/interests.
When I was planning a history depth, I thought I would take US History I and II, Civil War and Soviet Union. I have taken the first 3 (which were a good order), but probably won't need to take the Soviet Union any more.
What is your first depth? What subject(s) do you already have a lot of credit in?
Have you considered a depth in math? It would be 9 LL math credits (how many do you already have?) and 3UL in ALEKS Stats.
Then you could choose another UL exam, like Health DSST, if you haven't already filled the 9 UL Applied Professional credits.
