Personally I probably would have scored each of them as a 3. But then again I never had the time to go through and proofread it as a whole. I proofread it as paragraphs, but never as a whole, cause I ran out of time.
I believe that there WAS a stoping point after the multiple choice section (99% sure)... and there is also a stopping point BETWEEN essays... So you could write out your outline structure before you push next.
The format shouldn't be a big deal during the multiple choice section... You can't use any key commands during the essay and are very limited with what you can do... (basically, besides typing, you can copy and paste by pushing a button, and that's it).
