From my understanding, TESC accepts FEMA certificates like they are professional certifications. I don't know if all the IT certifications accepted by the Big 3 are ACE evaluated, but I guess those along with other technical and medical certifications would be the closest comparison to FEMAs. The biggest difference, though, is that FEMAs are open book and non-proctored.
