If you email either Registrar (the ones who add to your transcript) or Advising with your degree, student ID, the link of the exam description, and the course you're hoping it will satisfy, they can tell you whether it will satisfy the course you're hoping it will, and whether or not it will count as upper- or lower-level. If you're already enrolled, turnaround on those questions is usually about 24-hours or less, and you'll have it in writing that it qualifies for your specific degree plan.
