The Department of Education requires 30 new credit hours to be completed after the date the first degree was awarded. 18 of these credit hours must be fulfilled in residence through TESC which the TECEP exams count for. The other 12 credits are considered electives and you can use CLEP/DSST/ECE exams to fulfill these.
That throws a bit of a wet towel on the idea, but thanks for info, you stated that a lot clearer than the tesc catalog.
