My youngest son completed two English courses through BYU. He really enjoyed ENGL 218R - Creative Writing and felt like he gained quite a bit from it. He also completed a course that's not on your list, ENGL 395R - Studies in Literature (Christian Fantasy). He's had nothing but great things to say about that one too. But, he entered the course a big time Tolkien and Lewis fan, which what the course focuses on.
