Hi indy33079,
I don't know anything about the D grades. I would call and speak to someone in admissions or the registrars office.
Regarding investigating whether or not another program might be better/faster:
You will first need to access online student services. Use the I'm new to Online Student Services link. and set up an ID and password. https://webadvisor1.tesc.edu/WebAdvisor/...ORE-WBMAIN
You can then log in to your student acocunt https://webadvisor1.tesc.edu/WebAdvisor/...=CORE-WBST
Once you see that all your credits have been evaluated and posted to your student account, either check through unofficial transcript or academic evaluation, you can then run unoffiical degree plans. Under academic profile section click on academic evaluation. You will see your official active program listed but just under that you see What if I changed my program of study? click on the arrow and you will see a list of all the programs. Select any program you want to test out and submit. Your credits will reload in the different program so you see what you would need to complete. It's a lot of fun.
If you find an alternate program that you would prefer you only need call advising and request to be changed to that program. It's done in one mnute. There is no fee or stigma. I changed my program back and forth about four-five times in the beginning.
Good luck!
