I've sent a DSST to TESC twice now, and they still haven't received the transcript. Since it costs $30 to send a transcript, I'm just going to wait until I've taken all my exams before sending for another transcript. But, all that said, it usually takes 2-4 weeks (sometimes longer because of processing) for your college to receive the transcript.
