I'm familiar with the CLEP Info Systems, and they're supposed to be similar. I think if you're a geek who likes to use a computer, it's not difficult, tons of vocabulary. Keep in mind lots of stuff on there is dated.
For me all the dated geeky stuff was quite simple, like netiquette (laughable these days), and the slap in the face obvious.
I had trouble with the career related questions, like what a systems analyst does, and some office related machines and their functions.
I still got 80% on the practice tests.
