It's important to understand that each school has its own guidelines on how they distribute federal aid money. I only posted because the decision on where to matriculate finally come down to aid package for me and EC had much more stringent requirements and would have actually cost me more to attend. COSC is quite willing to act as a clearing house for aid dollars and your money can go farther....
With that said, I really didn't answere the question...EC absolutely does accept Federal money including PELL grants. you could perhaps also stretch your aid at EC be joining POAG...but then you didn't ask about that either.
