In regards to the last line you actually need split into 3 CR 300/400 and 3 CR 200 level. Linda's program is from an early time (2005) when 200 level was considered upper level.
Below is a tecep or dantes you could take for the 200 level. Maybe check into ECE exams and or TESC epack courses. Outside of exams PF would probably be the easiest just more expensive.
