I find the College Board Clep Study guide helpful to give you a feel for how the test is going to be. I don't think either of those tests require a lot of studying. I can speak to the A&I literature because I did take that and it really was just reading and answering questions about the passage. I didn't study, with the exception of reviewing the sample test for it. If you are planning on taking a few CLEP test I think it is worth it. I got mine on Amazon for under $15.00 (CLEP Official Study Guide 2011 )
