Straighterline Lab question

Just started this class and have ordered the lab kit. not a cheap way to go the class is 99.00 a month. the book if you shop was 120.00 and over 200.00 if you buy from ST. the lab kit was another 268.00 with shipping. but I need this class and will get it done.. I have taken the first Qiz without the book and got a 68% .not good.. so I am waiting for the book to arrive and will use it. they give you 40 min to take a 25 question qiz. and very doable but not a cake walk. you got to know the material. your not suppose to use the book .. .. I will update this as I get in to the course.. I have read this is a good way to get A and p done with 4 credits in a short amount of time. .. we shall see

That's still significantly cheaper than what I paid for my online community college A&P sequence ($600 tuition twice, $270 lab pack twice, $250 digital microscope, and $300 text and lab manual).

I do wonder, if an ACE evaluated A&P has the same level of utility as an actual course (outside of the partner schools). Perhaps it's irrelevant, but the majority of people who take "that" type of science course are headed into health fields, and many programs (ie nursing) tend to be quite particular about how prereqs are met. I know it's a new course, so time will tell and we'll see if this class ends up working for prepreqs as opposed to just simply a science course fed into one of the partner schools. I'm a little skeptical to be honest.
