Not sure if someone here can answer this, but on the off chance...
I'm very seriously considering TESC for a BSBA/CIS degree. However, I need to sprint to complete my CCAF AAS degree, and part of that requires an English Composition credit. I plan to use the CCM CLEP for this sometime next week. CCAF doesn't require the essay, but "with essay" is the only testing option offered at my testing center.
I understand I'm supposed to state what school to send the essays to when I sign in. But CCAF doesn't need or want them, and I'm not registered with TESC or any other school yet. Will CollegeBoard hold the essays until I tell them where to send them? I doubt that, but I don't know. Should I pay the $75 to TESC for an eval and be considered "enrolled" (military) and then take the test? Or does it matter?
Note that I'm probably going to take the Eng-102 course from TESC, because it focuses on "real" essay writing in MLA/APA style, which I've never done. I can write a mile, but I need discipline. I would however like to get the credit for Eng-101 through CCM if at all possible. I've studied it for a few weeks and don't want to waste it.
Thanks!
