Cancellation of membership

Why does the cancel link not work? Instant Cert has been great but I'm ready to cancel my account and it leads to a dead link. Someone, please help.

Just send an explanatory email to Steve, the administrator, at webmaster@instantcert.com.

He has been extremely helpful whenever I've had difficulties before (i.e. he's always solved the problem ).

I am requesting that finances discontinue from my account. If this is not the appropreciate site to instantcert, please provide me with the correct website. A site with so much information to distribute to the public should have a contact phone number. Customers should not have to text or email to get out of a contract they are not a ware of.

Here is the cancellation page I used. It was very easy. https://epoch.com/billingsupport

start at the center box purchase/cancellation finder

just follow the directions as you are going through the pages.

There is also phone and email support contact info in the lower left box.
