TESC: 6 Credit Exam -> 3 Credit Splits
#1
I was curious on a few exams people put on their Road Map (including me, becasue I am using a shared road map)that they split their 6 credit exam into different areas of requirement such as the Humanities exam. Will TESC do the split or do you have to request it?

Also, after my academic evaluations, my (6) Free Electives were applied. Could I use Personal Finance exam in place of the Intro to Business exam for my Business Electives.

At TESC, this is automatic
The order of flow is: Major--> Gen Ed requirement --> Gen Ed elective --> Free elective

Yes the credits are split as needed automatically. As for your second question, Personal Finance does not qualify as business, and therefore cannot be used in business electives. Intro to Business qualifies as a business elective, but Personal Finance is applied to free electives.

Yes, TESC splits credits automatically.

No, you cannot use Personal Finance as a business elective; it is considered a free elective. I learned this the hard way and ended up taking one DSST too many!
