PF, TESC, or other for CJ
#21
Call Penn Foster and ask them,,because while I was enrolled in the CJ associates degree program, I inquired about taking earth science in addition, and the lady I talked to said I could take individual courses but they are more expensive than being in a degree program.....I just cant remember how much the difference was, but it was definitely more.... I wonder if you have to pay a proctor fee for each individual class you're taking? If you're in a degree program you take them all at once with one proctor fee....
BA in Social Sciences from TESC complete!! Looking into online grad schools :coolgleam:

Ughhhh I suppose I'll call them... Why don't they have an enrollment email? I hate talking on the phone!!!

I'd try it, but I can't pull off a New Zealand accent... Sad
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Wile E. Coyote, genius. I am not selling anything nor am I working my way through college, so let's get down to basics: you are a rabbit and I am going to eat you for supper. Now don't try to get away, I am more muscular, more cunning, faster and larger than you are, and I am a genius, while you could hardly pass the entrance examinations to kindergarten, so I'll give you the customary two minutes to say your prayers.

Bachelor of Science in PsychoRabbitology degree
Master of Education with a specialty in Rabbit-specific destructive munitions (or eLearning & Technology, I forget which)
Doctor of Philosophy in Wile E. Leadership with an area of specialty in Acme Mind Expansion - 2017 Hopefully

So, you're going to start working on a New Zealand accent? Do you think it will open doors for you with a CJ degree?

The only advice I could give there is to make sure you study real NZ'rs for their accent... Otherwise, you might get stuck with a discount Australian accent.

Alright, I chickened out on calling them and shot them an email :p (my email was very heavily NZ accented though... Not sure if they'll pick up on it hilarious)

Does anyone here know how TESC feels about CJ electives that are not on their list?? Something like Criminalistics or CSI Basics: very obviously a CJ elective, just not on their list.

I think I might break down & take the Intro to CJ DSST. It is a prereq for everything!!! Sad

So, what is on their list?.. This is why I really like EC... They may not give a 100% of the answers, but the catalogs usually give a good amount of info...
