Prayer Request +
#1
I respectfully request your prayers and good wishes as I am undergoing a "Cardio Cath" tomorrow in regards to putting in a stent and clearing some suspected blockage.

I've been told that this procedure is "routine" and has a very low risk factor but I am nevertheless very concerned - thanks for your Prayers!

I know several people who have undergone this treatment, it really is "routine", but I am sure it does not feel that way to you.

I am a great believer in modern medicine, my mother had open heart surgery almost 11 years ago and she is still going strong at 79 (living alone in an upstairs apartment).

Once this is done and you have recovered I am sure you will feel better all around.

Absolutely you will be in my prayers and thoughts. Try to distract yourself this evening and not dwell on tomorrow. I am sure everything will be fine. My best to you,

Prayers sent and to continue.

I underwent this procedure a little over 6 months ago and got good news when it was over, and I hope you get the same. Once you have found the best doctors you can, then you need to pray for them as well, so will send prayers that way as well.

No matter how concerning this is to us, this IS routine -- to the doctors. The group that I dealt with had this down to a science and it was truly amazing. One man who was with me the same morning, was back for his 7th clean out and stents. He apparently had a genetic condition but I don't really know. I can't imagine that.

We will wait to hear about your news. Relax and get as prepared as you are able to -- unwind and de-stress.

Good luck! It really is a routine procedure now days. My boss had 2 put in and was home a few days later. He is much older and has a history of heart problems, so you should do fine. Besides we need you back on your feet to keep us all in line and plugging away! I wish you the best and will keep you in my thoughts! Keep us updated on your progress.
