Hi,does anyone have any advice on TECEPs? Specifically, I am considering taking the Research in Experimental Psychology TECEP and I'm wondering how long I'll have to study and what the difficulty level is. Any information or advice would be appreciated.

The first exam I took was the Psychology of Women TECEP, I had no idea what to expect had not found this site yet. I bought the recommended book and skimmed it reviewing all chapter summaries and the self test. When I had a good feel for the book I went and took the test and passed with no problem. Just know unless they have updated which I don't think they have yet. All test are paper and pencil, witha 2 hour time limit. Before you start study be sure they are still offering the test, some of them have been pulled to be reworked.

You should probably decide soon because this test will no longer be available after 12/31/09.

What are the TECEP min cut-offs for receiving credit? CLEP is easy to track with recommended cut-offs of 50 for most exams.
