Jonasling,
I believe instancert offers a GED prep program and if it is anything like the college exam prep they have it will help you ace the GED. GED >>> InstantCert.com: Prospective Students https://www.instantcertonline.com/gedorderform.php4

Do any of the big 3 allow this? I know that Farmerboy on this forum completed his bachelor's degree through TESC (Dec 08) months before he graduated from high school (May 09). I don't know how, though.
Jonasling, I know that you have been at the forum for a while and I assume that you have taken and passed a few CLEPs already. If so, you have proven that you are capable of college level work. This would also mean that you are capable of passing the GED. There are classes available and there are study guides like Barron's for independent study. Learning the information in a study guide (900 pages) and taking the practice tests will help you to be prepared just like CLEPs.

I'm going to be 'that guy' here for a sec and advice against getting a GED if you can get a HS diploma. Earning a HS diploma is easy enough, as some of the other posters have shown.
IMO, a GED just looks bad.

Yea it has that "so you didn't finish HS stigma"................but after earning a Degree.......nobody ask for HSD.....also assuming you will still finish regular HS.
PS........Farmerboy did 90 credits and then petitioned TESC
Yes, finishing high school should be anyone's first choice.
While going to college without getting a high school diploma/GED is tempting, I would also say that life happens and you never know how long it will actually take to finish a college degree, which makes having at least a GED while going through the college process (as an adult) a more valuable choice.
