Finishing up EC Lit In English major - help on credits!

Oh, poopie. My advisor said I must take a IIC class or exam to finish up the major. (note: I enrolled at EC in 2007, before the "writing for the major" requirement was added, otherwise I'd have to do that as well) I've asked for approval for U of Missouri's Jane Austen Then & Now course - my obsessive love for the material overrules the expense.

Thought about the Idaho course on Shakespeare, for the heck of it, until I read the syllabus. Er, no. Good grief, no. One of the selected plays for the course is Titus Andronicus. That is one seriously messed up plot; reading the play once was much more than enough, and is probably the basis for my dislike of Shakespeare! (go look it up on Wiki, but not while you're eating lunch)

Excelsior's course search turns up three Ohio University credit-by-exam options which qualify, which are separate courses/exams on Shakespeare's comedies, tragedies, and histories.

Did you do this course search on the Excelsior site to find the qualified Ohio University exams? I'm working on my Literature Major for Excelsior and was looking for Ohio Univ exams that would fulfill the requirements.
