in this economy, IMHO, specialization is critical. Me personally, I would go for the OP Mgnt degree. Every need is different though.

Marketability of specialized mgmt skills is defined more by actual working experience than concentration, as well as the actual needs of the organization/industry you intend to work for, IMO. Ops Mgmt is viewed as a manufacturing specialization by many hiring managers, Gen Mgmt as more generalized (i.e., applicable to many industries) specialization. It's a buyer's market for hiring right now, so being able to accent 'targeted concentration' courses along with actual work experience to the particular industry/business you're applying to is a benefit. Personally, I think a Gen Mgmt focus would provide a wider potential application in an era of shifting industries, especially if you don't have a lot of actual mgmt experience to leverage along with the degree.
Before choosing a concentration within the BSBA, if you don't already have a lot of experience in an industry or wish to switch industries, I'd suggest looking up current and projected stats for employment trends within the industry you're targeting, as well as trends of off-shoring jobs within that industry. The off-shoring ratio is key, since an increase in demand for industry 'x' does not necessarily correspond with an increase in available jobs within industry 'x' if industry 'x' is fulfilling increased needs by off-shoring the required additions of personnel.
