Congratulations on being finished with all of your degree requirements!!
There is a Research and Writing in the Majors requirement which can be fulfilled 4 different ways at Excelsior that started in September 2007.
Can you confirm that by choosing the Liberal Studies option instead of a major that this writing is not required?

To clarify, page 21 of the Excelsior Liberal Arts Handbook say's
"Beginning September 1, 2007, all students enrolled in a Liberal Arts major, with the exception of Mathematics, must satisfy the Research and Writing requirement."
This only applies to students declaring a major. Liberal Studies is not a major so I did not have to do it. If you have declared a major such as Psychology, History etc. You would have to meet that requirement.

Aaron, thank you for clarifying the writing requirement. Since I don't know if I'll have a degree with a major or liberal studies, I'll plan to need the requirement. I'm glad to know, though, that it isn't required for liberal studies.
