Your Linkedin profile includes three unaccredited degrees, a "Doctor's degree" from ACLAS and two other degrees from the School of Business and Trade. The business registration is irrelevant to degree-granting authorization in Georgia.

I messaged the CEO of IEE about their partnership with ACLAS and this is what he stated:
We provide evaluations for non-us education. The evaluations we provide are for incoming students and has no bearing with regards to the status or recognition of the institutions we provide the services for. We provide evaluations for any institution that requests them, governmental, non-profit, or business. The relationship we have with this institution is to provide the stated service on the landing page you referenced above, much like any other business with a vendor relationship. It’s not a recommendation or endorsement for anyone to attend this institution.
I replied back with:
I figured it wasn't an endorsement but thought it was interesting to see a US based school being evaluated. I can see the CPD-UK relationship being what is actually evaluated and the result being completion of professional training / continuing education.
He gave me a thumbs up.

"Is accreditation by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education required for an institution to be authorized in your state? No. However, we now have an updated policy that requires institutions wanting to offer degree programs to seek and become accredited. Unaccredited degrees will no longer be permitted."
ACLAS - no current license to grant degrees in the state; it hasn't even begun the process of accreditation. We heard some tales about "CHEA accreditation."

Forgot to ask last week when you posted on the sister board: https://www.degreeinfo.com/index.php?thr...ost-606646
Basically... Did they say what they would evaluate this as?! Hmm... It's still unclear, seems like no evaluation was ever completed yet...

They keep making new accounts to defend their scam school because this site is showing up high in Google when you search for them.

I don't think any evaluation was ever done but since IEE evaluates foreign credentials, they would be evaluating from the CPD-UK angle which suggests that CPD-UK is evaluated as continuing education units. This is probably only useful for those companies who accept continuing education units or maybe some people could strategize with the continuing education units by enrolling in a college that offers prior learning assessments to gain college credit using a portfolio. Otherwise, there is no academic recognition in terms of college credit since ACLAS is unaccredited and in the US.

This is such a clever trick that it is designed to mislead potential students. The status of an IEE partner means that the IEE is ready to evaluate foreign academic degrees for admission and further study at the ACLAS, and not that the IEE is ready to evaluate the diplomas of the ACLAS itself. Anyone can get such a status. It is available not only to universities. The IEE also conducts evaluations for employment or certification or training, etc.

Furthermore, they're using cross advertising... It's strange why IEE is doing this for ENEB and now ACLAS, it's just to get business and no longer for the students. I can understand why, but that's going to bite them in the butt later on, if or when audits for NACES members occurs...
