Got an email today from the Union College Benefit program that eligible labor union members and their families can do Franklin's U-LEARN program for $5250/yr, which allows you to take unlimited classes toward an associates or bachelors degree. It's online. That's all I know about it. If you're interested, I would recommend contacting your union rep.

Hmm, I wonder if there is a competency based degree offering from Franklin. Anyways, it seems like a similar employee tuition assistance or reimbursement program would be, similar amount of $5250/year max for those programs as well. Here's what I was able to quickly find online, Link:
