I did this plan to get my AAS from Pierpont:
https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...#pid386854
Then I enrolled into UMPI for their BA in CJ, and on Sophia completed:
US Gov
Spanish 1
Intro to Soc
College Algebra
Human Biology Lab
That is how I got my entire degree in 22 months, but I also didn't have nearly as much time as you may, so it could be quicker for you depending on how many classes per session you take, hope this helps.
Completed:
UMPI: BA Criminal Justice
Pierpont: AAS BOG w/ Emphasis in Information Systems
Sophia: 24 Courses - The CSM Course - ASU: CIS 194 Business Technology Fundamentals
Coursera: Google IT, Google Data Analytics, Google Digital Marketing, IBM Cybersecurity Analyst

You need to be 20 years old for UMPI YourPace degree programs. -

madds_72 - Why the urgency to complete a bachelor? You're only 17 and the military will offer you many opportunities to cover your educational expenses.

I wonder if they're trying to go the Officer route instead of enlisted.

I was an Army officer. if OP desires this he is better off doing ROTC and a traditional 4 year school. Or enlisting and using his TA/GI bill. He wouldn't be competitive for OCS at 17-18.
OP:
Listen to me, do your time as enlisted. Get the GI Bill or join as Green to Gold and do ROTC. No one will respect an officer that young and you will get eaten alive. Better yet. ENJOY COLLEGE! Stop trying to rush things
Signed,
An Army Officer of 10 years.....

Welcome to the board, there are so many things to look at, many various variables at play... For the time being, I would continue getting credits through Sophia.org and maximize the cheapies or freebies from the WIKI such as the Coursera certs that provide ACE recommendation for credit, this is to get you the balanced mix of certs, degree, experience... I would also recommend looking into extending your officer training in the army for a longer period of time, a few months you do learn somethings, but a longer period of time, you get better at everything taught through life lessons.
