It's exactly what I mentioned earlier, educational institutions, employers, etc, will see it as a Masters from where the diploma comes from, that's it, they don't need to know or worry you've done a top up program as that won't really matter at all, the final product does indicate a Masters, and it's not coming from a diploma/degree mill.
Here is a question with a UK University, according to their response, they include (Top-Up) with in the diploma. I'm not saying this is good or bad. Just informing.
So to answer your questions:
What is the exact Title of the degree?
LLB (Hons) Graduate Law (Top-up) (Distance Learning)
What do the London Metropolitan University transcripts say for the awarded LLB top-up degree?
This will have the module information given to you in my previous email. As well as your name, the month/year you took the qualification and other information pertaining to the course/University.
Do the transcripts indicate distance or online learning?
Yes the transcripts will state that the course was taught distance learning, as it is in the title of the course.

Hi! I have a question for you, since you're on the same journey with a level 7 diploma.
I completed the first 2 unit's assignments and wanted to do my final submission, but they asked me to create a plagiarism/AI report on plagiarismcheck.org
They provided me with a student account to use their paid checker. However, this checker always flags lots of sections as AI, even when other checkers mark it as 0 or close to 0%. No matter how much I changed my phrasing, it usually only got worse rather than better. It seems to flag anything that is written in a neutral and non-subjective way (even though that's what graduate coursework requires).
Do you have to use the same checker for reports to submit your assignments and do you have the same problems with this?
I just wonder if your experience is similar or if maybe there is a solution to my problem that I am unaware of.
