Someone said on PredictIt quote:
Biden keeps buying more and more time. "Oh we need to finish the NATO summit", "we should pause things because of Trump's assassination attempt," "hmm let's wait until next week after I meet with Bibi." He's running out the clock FAST. August 7th will be here soon. Guess he isn't as dumb as I thought!

I encourage the haters to let go of the hatred. Nothing good can come from hate.
I invite all Americans to jump aboard the Trump Train as we steam toward prosperity and Making America Great Again.
It’s baffling how so many people tout Trump as being the savior of their personal finances. He’s gaslighting EVERYONE who believes a word he says. The Trump Cult is insane. I mean, the dude isn’t good looking, he’s a horrible orator. Why in the world are people falling for this con??? Are there that many stupid Americans?
A plea for UNITY - Come onboard. there's plenty of room on the Trump train.
Really, ask yourself -Were you better off when Donald J. Trump was President?
Facts are facts. Nearly everyone was better off during the Trump presidency
Remember the old phrase used by JFK and Ronald Reagan - "A rising tide lifts all boats.

Would it not make sense strategically for President Biden to resign now?

I'm confident the president who just made this good, tough, and historically unique decision is competent to make the remaining decisions of the term he was elected to.

That's different discussion. My commentary here is - Does not Kamala Harris have a far greater chance of becoming the nominee if she's President.

I think her chances are just about equal now, as the incumbent vice president endorsed immediately by the outgoing president and not opposed by any faction in the party, than if she had succeeded to the presidency by the president's resignation.
The calls for Biden to resign the presidency "are basically trolling," Christian Science Monitor White House correspondent Linda Feldmann just said (on CBC News Network), correctly.

The Christian Science Monitor is a fine publication. I'll look to it for further commentary regarding the end of President Biden's Presidency.
This article from Rolling Stone makes an interesting argument for Joe Biden's resignation.

Biden isn't a leader.
A leader makes a decision and sticks with it. He should have decided this back in June of 2023.

In 2020 he made it clear he would be a one term president, well before 2023.

Why should Biden resign? He already said he wont run again. It isn’t like he got impeached or anything.

if he's admitting he's too senile for a 2nd term then you really have to wonder how mentally competent he is now
and considering less than 2 weeks ago he referred to Trump as his vice president and to Zelenskyy as Putin ...
well
