Looks like all good things come to an end , if they get Blackwell accreditation I don’t think any accreditor will evaluate and give equivalency to an RA bachelors degree or graduate certificate. Wonder if other countries evaluators will follow since it will have some type of accreditation now being that the accreditation is a “state level accreditation”. Pretty much no university will accept that towards transfer. For those that got their credits evaluated already I hope you will still be good and it doesn’t have a reverse effect which removes the previous evaluation due to new accreditation.

Looks like I need to hurry up and complete my ENEB degree. I've got 4 out of 13 modules completed in the past month after starting on June 1st. That validation with Blackwell is not going to be beneficial unless they either become CHEA accredited or build up more international partners that they can cross-validate with which would lead to more choices of where one could earn an official accredited degree based on the work completed at ENEB. https://eneb.com/institutional-alliances/ Does anyone want to discuss the following institutions? It looks like ENEB is pursuing a similar arrangement with them as with UI1 and Blackwell:
Universidad Tecnológica Nacional - UTN (Argentina) https://utn.edu.ar/es/
Institución Universitaria Salazar y Herrera - IUSH (Colombia)

Universidad Espiritu Santo - UEES (Ecuador)

Universidad Olmeco (Mexico)

Right after I made the international partnership comment here, I started to do my research after the fact. The changes look strange but this may be a better option for everyone. Universidad Isabel I is likely tired and possibly getting in trouble for certifying all of these ENEB degrees on their own in addition to the many programs they certify. Therefore, it makes sense to cross-validate with different institutions so Universidad Isabel I is not overwhelmed and students can choose what schools to receive a validation diploma for their ENEB degrees that leads to transferable credits or an actual accredited degree. Blackwell will likely become a degree validation laundering hub with a global connection.

I'm from Argentina and I can say that the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN) is a well known university here and it's an accredited degree (with mostly engineering degrees, like "mechanical engineering", "civil engineering", "systems engineering", etc.) and it's all over the country. The degrees are recognized outside of the country (doing all the needed stuff to get it validated and blah blah blah). There are a lot of students from this uni that ended up living abroad thanks to the degree, and from what I know there are people in: Germany, Italy, Spain, US, and many more.
The thing is that the UTN is well focused on engineering, so it would be HARD to have an arrangement that would help the student to get a degree (or something like that) in this uni, because the degrees are in person and they usually take A LOT of years to finish. Just for anyone to understand: Systems Engineering is a 5 year degree, and it usually (for 95% of the students in this uni) takes more than 5 years to finish... Forget about doing anything in the same way as with the US education (virtual, can skip credits with ACE credits, etc.).
Don't know how it is with the other unis listed, but still, it will depend on what kind of agreement the UTN and ENEB degrees will have...

Hopefully, they'll partner with 'legit' institutions globally and also retain their current relationship with Universidad Isabel I...

Check the origin of the students at ENEB and you will see that many come from the countries they are making new partnerships with. Seems more plausible that they are trying to make their degrees more attractive to the main populations of those countries.
The university mentioned in Mexico seems a very real one and have studies like medicine. The Argentina University is very real too. The only universities that I see strange things going on is with the ones in the US, that are never accredited at regional or even National level.
As for US1 they are following the law of the Country they operate. I cannot see how they can get in trouble as you mention. The law was even changed in 2021 in Spain to bring a more clear understanding, legal basis and regulations tot his types of degrees and partnerships.
You will see many international cooperation between universities in the world and it will grow. It is a way to avoid the evaluation of the degree or make it quicker. Think that in some of these countries can need years to get your degree from abroad evaluated and recognized. You cannot always see the things from your own perspective and culture and wait that the rest do the same. For example in Spain is only a way to recognize the degree that is very document heavy with original, certified copies and only the "Ministerio de Educación" or Education Department can do it. You only have an opportunity to do it, will cost you money, more than 2 years wait time and the result is not clear, which can result in go back to the university (which have to be a Spanish one) again for these number of subjects... so you can have your foreign degree recognized. I think that many of the other countries have similar structures. It needs time and the process had to be done in person. Another example is Mexico where I had one degree recognize there. The same process in person, time and money with no security and no second chance if you do not like the result. Not everywhere is a private company that can contract the people that want or need to make the process more speedy and have better costumer service (and attract clients). Also you have the opportunity to go to another company that reevaluate your degree again and the result can be different. Nope. The option that if you do not like the result pay again and try again is the exception not the rule. My guess is that they try to make partnerships to make their degree more valuable to a wider base of costumers and have a more clear and quick result in the target foreign countries with bureaucracy hell. Just my opinion, so I can be completely wrong.

EDIT: Quoted wrong message, I wonted to quote:
"Response from ENEB:
"Rest assured our cooperation with the University of Isabel will remain the same. ""
This is great! This means all these new institutional alliances are just extras on top and can only make ENEB even more valuable.

Hi, I’m new here and tried to enroll via Groupon two days ago. Could you enroll in the meantime.
Today ENEB sent me a Mail writing "that we no longer work with groupon" and that they will inform Groupon to refund me. I bought it at Groupon for about 255 Euros for MBA and Master. As I have to look how to refund it, I still wonder if I nevertheless should enroll. Do you have any advice, how it would be the cheapest way to enroll without Groupon?

It seems to me that ENEB has increased their prices slightly and may have discontinued the Groupon & Ambassador Discount Program, per say. What I mean is, I am still an Ambassador that has the option to share my Discount Links, buty the prices are no longer $199 / $299. As of right now, it seems that the following prices are the ONLY options to enroll in ENEB:
MBA or Master's - $442.00 (https://pay.hotmart.com/V92194708U?off=k...0780318468)

This is concerning. I'm still holding onto a voucher that I had only intended on using once I was done with my Triple Masters.
I'll try to redeem it now and see what they say.
