Not really, this all depends on the minor you're going for, and what classes you're transferring over... The reason I mentioned easier, faster is because the BLS will take up to 60+ credits for electives and the BA or BABA will only take 18-21, thus, with the random credits you currently have that aren't really in a BA/BABA, it'll max the transfer.
Generally, if you're not going for a Masters later on, I suggest the BA, BABA over the BLS, having said that, if you're sure you're going to be up for a masters down the road sometime soon, having a very quick Bachelors and then focusing on the Masters would be a better option than focusing on a Bachelors. Again, it really depends on the student.

Can you explain what else I would need besides what I put on my attachment? Will I not have enough other classes for 31 elective credits? Will I end up needing to do way more than 10 classes at UMPI? I really appreciate your help

No one knows until you get an evaluation, I haven't skimmed through their requirements and just skimmed through yours... If you follow the WIKI to get them 'all' for max transfer, then you'll be good to go with just those 30 requirements. I always get people to post their academic evaluations so it shows you the remaining credits highlighted in yellow from the advisor. You can then select your classes and decide what to take or if you have more slots for transfer credit, take them before beginning the session...

I really appreciate your help I am confused. What are your goals? You don't want a BSN? Are you getting out of nursing?
A BLS with a history minor has next to zero utility in your situation, being a nurse, and a BA in history has little utility as well (but probably better than the former).
I am in healthcare too and I got the BA in history for fun which is why I am asking. If this is for a career, a BA in history is better served with a MA or PhD (also dismal job prospects though).

Oh yeah, I'm absolutely done being an RN. I completely understand a history degree in health care makes zero sense. This degree, first and foremost, is for my own personal satisfaction. I've been going to school too long with too many credits and I really really want my bachelor's. Long term goals would be alternative licensure for teaching, teaching at a private school, or going back into Early Childhood Education in an admin role. All of which (and many many other jobs) just having a bachelor's degree opens up so many doors.

If you want to go into teaching, you can do something like what I mentioned for this person, there are so many ways to get to your goal, a quick Bachelors and then decide later on, an MAOL, MBA, Masters TEFL, etc are all possible with just a BLS: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...BLS-Minors
