Hi, after looking over course requirements for this degree, I saw that it requires both College Algebra and Stats and I've taken both at a CC. However, I noticed in the Pro. Business Requirements section another Stats class is there, STA-2010 Principles of Stats. I am a little confused, is another Stats class necessary?

Im currently working on courses with sdc and dont want to waste time taking anything unnecessary.
Help would be very much appreciated

@Cire, Welcome to the board. I am moving this to the TESU specific discussion as this was placed in the wrong CLEP, DSST, area by mistake. Anyways, you're just confusing yourself with the information on their website, and the notes they have at the bottom of the link you provided. You should fill in the addendum and template here: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...Area-works
Basically, if you're looking at the entire plan, there is only one College Algebra and one Stats course listed. Where do you see the second statistics course? Re-read the entire example degree plan they have, you don't have to follow exactly what they tell you, these are examples, depending on the courses, you can substitute something similar if they provide an option to deviate from the recommended list.
For further assistance, reply to this post by fill in the addendum and template, review previous posts/threads and also the WIKI with the degree plans available, don't rush yourself, maybe create a degree plan spreadsheet for reference and tracking purposes. WIKI links and plans are within my signature for easy, quick, access...

For the most part, TESU only counts a single Stats class: STA-2010. You do not need more than that.

Based on the wiki, your best bet for trying to knock out a few upper level courses in the AOS on your own schedule would be the UL course offerings on Study.com. SDC has upper level courses in Accounting, Finance, Management, and Marketing, and it's all self-paced. A few years ago SDC did not have nearly the selection of upper level courses as they do now, but they've really been fleshing out their offerings.
I'd recommend checking out the syllabus for each course to determine what you're expected to learn and the breakdown of how many assignments you may have to write to determine if you want to spend your time on that particular course.
