Follow the rubrics to the letter and you will easily complete this in no time!

The admissions department is slow. Apparently, they don’t know how special I am.
Haha going through the same pain with them as well.

Keep us updated on how it goes for you. Are you attempting to transfer credits to TAMUC?

I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to be patient though.

Keep us updated on how it goes for you. Are you attempting to transfer credits to TAMUC? Yup. Spoke with admissions and they will take ACE credits as long as they are transcribed through Parchment. So Credly seems to not be a viable option.

There seems to be a bit more writing on these capstones than in the core classes, however, like many capstones, it builds off your previous classes nicely and might be tedious, but not difficult. I'll update you as I'm taking them.
The program itself is as valuable as the time you put into it. You can pretty much fly through classes in under a week. Maybe even a couple of days if your professor is on it. It will ultimately take me 4 semesters to finish this degree because of work (we had promotional testing at work that I prioritized over accelerating) and also because the dean added additional requirements last semester.
I would do this program again as it was by far my cheapest and fastest option at a school with the Texas A&M name. Combine that with the number of ACE credits that they take and you have a great combo to get accepted into a master's program. But the quality I feel was lacking, especially with some instructors linking a few crappy Youtube videos that I don't think they actually watched. Honest to God, this is a video that one of the professors had as a lecture. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S93hbz82GAU&t=116s
I just clicked on the youtube video and busted out laughing. I wish I had kept the links for some of the stuff I had to watch too, hilarious and sad at the same time.

Do you have any instructions on how to send ACE credits from Parchment over to TAMUC?

Jobee,
I sent credits from Sophia to TAMUC. I am not sure if that is what you are trying to do. Once you create your parchment account, you can add TAMUC as your receiving school, and add Sophia as you school to send credits from. You pay $5 to have a transcript sent from Sophia to TAMUC.
Some of these questions can get lost when you post in an older thread. You can start a new post when you have questions, it may increase the number of replies and views you have for your questions.

Thank you kindly for your response. I sent my Straighterline classes to ACE, and then sent the Credly/ACE transcript to TAMUC. I am concerned that TAMUC may not accept this, and I am looking for other ways to get them the credit.

I believe I read a previous post that said TAMUC would only accept ACE if it came through Parchment. I am not 100% sure on that, but that is what I remember.

This is correct. They will only accept an official transcript via Parchment or faxed from an institution.
